Originally the homeowner, objected to having their home staged. But over the past few years was unable to sell the house or have any interest from potential buyers.
The in-house stager with the Michael Jefvert Group completely restaged this home inside and out with soft goods and furnishings, while still keeping some of their original pieces, such as the dining table, bed frames, Adirondack chairs and a few other pieces.

The in-house stager with the Michael Jefvert Group put together a detailed prepping and staging plan for the homeowner.
The prepping plan included deferred maintenance throughout the house, both inside and outside, and a detailed budget.
The staging plan included a new and brightened look for the house and to compliment the style of the house. This included furniture, soft goods such as bedding, rugs, cushions, lamps etc. Each of the items included links to the websites, pricing, days of delivery and a full budget.
Our in-house stager took care of all deliveries, assembling, and coordination with all vendors.

Before, the house was dark and moody, which is odd considering it is a beach community. Virtually no showing requests or potential buyers coming to an open house. By replacing some of the furniture, adding pillows, bedding, lamps, rugs and lighting things up, a steady stream of buyers came through.
